Client: The Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts and Sciences

Objective: Design a compelling print advertisement for The Book magazine to promote advertising opportunities within the 2026 Annual Seashore House Tour Brochure. The goal was to attract local businesses and design professionals by positioning the House Tour as a high-visibility platform where art, architecture, and community intersect.

Target Audience: Local business owners, architects, builders, interior designers, real estate professionals, and home service providers across Long Beach Island and surrounding coastal communities. The audience includes brands seeking direct exposure to affluent homeowners and engaged community members who attend and support the Annual Seashore House Tour.

The ad uses a bold, declarative headline — “Your Brand Belongs Here” — to immediately create a sense of inclusion and opportunity. Strong typographic hierarchy and generous white space ensure the message feels confident and modern, while reinforcing LBIF’s established brand identity.

The layered brochure mockups at the top visually anchor the advertisement in the House Tour itself, providing immediate context and credibility. A refined blue color palette aligns with coastal tones and architectural themes, reinforcing the event’s elevated aesthetic.
